Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality candidates for technical positions across the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and technical leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure the recruitment process is seamless and efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Technical Sourcer, or similar role in the tech industry In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques for technical roles (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data engineering, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and the ability to understand technical job requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, system administrators, and other IT-related positions using job boards, social media, and other networking methods.
  • Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and experience.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests as required by the roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain an active talent pool for future opportunities.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, coding communities, etc.) to network with and source top-tier candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in tech recruitment and talent acquisition.
